Having worked for: Bass in the UK and abroad in the Czech Republic covering senior On and Off Trade sales, marketing and commercial roles; as a Sales Director at Holsten UK and then Carlsberg UK; on the Board at Enotria Winecellars as On Trade Sales Director; as Vice President for the European Division at Steelite International; and as the On Trade Sales Director at Fuller’s.
This varied and successful background makes Simon an ideal consultant. He has an objective perspective founded from a MBA qualification embellished with working experience at Board level in different markets and across different categories. Simon has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the route to market challenges in the UK On Trade, Hospitality and Food Service markets.
